ABOUT ME

CHRISTEN KILLICK

CHRISTEN KILLICK

COMMUNITY BUILDER, COMMUNICATION STRATEGIST, HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER, CHANGE AGENT, INTERNATIONAL AND KEYNOTE SPEAKER, WRITER, COMMERCIAL PILOT, MOTHER

Born and raised in Harare, Zimbabwe, I have flying in my genes. Having started flying before I could drive a car, my love of flight is rivalled only by my zest for people and the incredible energy created when people love what they do and do it to the best of their ability. Taking the knowledge from an 18-year career in Commercial Aviation and blending it together with my love of positive energy & people-focused business success, I'm delivering this passion directly into the heart of other people's business teams.
I am a maximiser and agent for change – taking something good and making it great. “Upping the Energy“ is the description best used to encompass what I'm about.
Knitting together and streamlining teams; finding common purpose; providing direction and drive, structure and cohesion, passion and productivity; I come at things from a slightly different angle, and bring with me not only a new and fresh perspective but a drive to support people through accomplishing their mission. Perspective, Awareness and Clarity is what I bring to your table.
